-Note that if you book and you do not show up on the day of taking possession or you cancel the lease in less than 90 days without a valid reason, you will be deprived of booking with us in the future.

We do not require a deposit or financial guarantee 😊 so the problem does not really arise
Depending of the country of origin, appropriate minimum 2 years old Motorcycle license is mandatory (Morocco accept driver license of most countries)
When taking the bike, at the contract signature you need to deposit 400 € to 700 € depending on the motorcycle, in cash or via Paypal transfer.
The renter will ask you to inspect the motorcycle and point out anything that needs to be mentioned on the contract. It is important that you note down any marks, scratches, or damage that you can see on the motorcycle. We recommend that you take pictures of the motorcycle.
Your deposit will be refunded if no damage to the bike right after your rental when returning the bike and after a common inspection.
Deposits may be kept in the event of damage to the motorcycle like but not limited to: Abnormal damage to tires, scratches, broken pieces, rim, motorcycle body, parts … Or to cover additional fees such as late return, insurance franchise in case of faulty accident or traffic and radar tickets (Note that we will check on Moroccan authorities website for traffic ticket that you might be responsible for )
There is no extra mileage charge, or cleaning fees.
We do have van and 4×4 pickups to offer you replacement motorcycles in case of mechanical breakdown in normal utilization, anywhere in Morocco (See conditions in contract).
You can also buy the support truck and mechanical option upon availability. (Ask for pricing details)
We recommend buying this option for a group of four or more, as the support includes luggage transportation, mechanical assistance, advice on accommodations, catering…
There is no extra mileage charge, or cleaning fees.
We do have a GPS tracker in the motorcycle. Not to spy on you 😊 but for your security and for us to know where our fleet is

You can decide your pick-up and drop-off station without any stress! We also provide the delivery service directly at the accommodation where you are staying if in a 40km range from Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Fes and Tangier

Once the renter has approved your reservation, he guarantees that the vehicle is booked for your future rental and locked on the website. The vehicle cannot therefore be booked by another rider.
